Murray Hood has quickly established himself as one of the Australia’s most versatile DJs. From playing to intimate crowds of 50 or throbbing crowds of over 8000 punters, Murray has played at most major events and venues in Sydney and Melbourne playing alongside some of the biggest artists around the world like Freemasons, K-Klass, Mark Doyle, Hex Hector, Olivia Newtown-John, Cyndi Lauper, DJ Paulo, Peyton, Mike Cruz, Vanessa Amorosi, Tina Cousins, Zoe Badwi, Wayne G, Eric Kupper, and more.

Most likely you will hear him playing the finest pick of the latest house tracks, but he is also known for his crushing selection of trance, tribal, funky, electro, disco and progressive. Whatever the style, his sets are always full of energy and surprises. In only a few years, he has proven himself to be one of Melbourne and Sydney’s most popular and respected DJs on the club music scene. He also has had a weekly program on Beat FM – Crème Latte, and is one of the select few DJs to contribute his weekly top 20 club chart to ARIA Charts.

Murray has recently been busy in the studio producing and remixing, and has had success as part of the production duo Oxford Hustlers with Brett Austin. In a very short period of time, they have pushed out remixes of Inaya Day’s “Never Had Another Love” which went to #10 on the ARIA Club Chart, and also Kimberly Davis’ “Get Up” which is still climbing the Billboard Chart currently at #12. Together they are working on their debut single with Katherine Ellis.
